Today is the 38th Annual
Chicago Pride Parade, happens during last Sunday of June in Chicago. Its pride parade for Gays, Lesbians, straight, not sure, not particular. According to some information I gathered, it’s a day to celebrate being you and everyone is welcome. Chicago is the nation’s first government-recognized gay village, yep, there so many of them here in our neighborhood. When I first saw some of them holding hands and kissing while walking, it really surprised me but it’s common to others and I think I’ll get used to it. Indeed, we should give them equal rights
All I can say about that kind of event, for the first timer like me? It’s totally amusing…
Anyways, here are some pictures I took for that merriment event. Actually, there are lots of them in my flickr account.
